This department would be responsible for servicing all equipment being used in the laboratories for various tests and analyses. The department would also undertake method development and validation, identify suitable equipment for specific tests/analyses and service same through maintenance. The department would also undertake some level of repair and liaise with external service providers for major maintenance and repairs.
